The cult of ‘celebrity’ has done a great deal to ruin the self esteem of some youngsters who perceive the airbrushed pictures they look at in magazines as the look to wish for. Sadly, most of those seeing the pictures don’t realise that there are other forces at work in creating these impossible looks.

So how does a celebrity looks like she does? I agree that it isn’t exclusively women who are such damaging role models, but almost all are, and it’s most apt to be a young female with a poor attitude towards her own body who is envying them.
