I had dinner with a male friend the other night and he opened up to me about the anxiety he was facing. More women seem to experience anxiety but men certainly do too. He’s now a single dad of 3 little girls and his job keeps him under a lot of pressure, he’s always working to be more and more successful. I was enjoying a great dinner at a restaurant with some girlfriends the other night that I met through an anxiety support group. One of them brought another friend whom I was just meeting for the first time. She had suffered with anxiety as well. I was very impressed by her self confidence when she came into the room, she was very pretty but it wasn’t that it was the way she held herself.
