More women experience anxiety but men experience it too! I had dinner with a male friend a couple of weeks ago and we talked a lot about our lives. On the surface he appears as a very successful salesman but inside he suffers from a ton of anxiety. Being a new single parent of 3 girls he also has a lot of pressure at work, he is always working hard to be make more money. I know that men can experience enormous pressure to bring home the ‘money’ for their family or themselves but when he admitted that he experiences fierce anxiety attacks at home I knew it was time to help him.

I had dinner with a male friend the other night and he opened up to me about the anxiety he was facing. More women seem to experience anxiety but men certainly do too. On the surface he appears as a very successful salesman but inside he suffers from a ton of anxiety. He’s now a single dad of 3 little girls and his job keeps him under a lot of pressure, he’s always working to be more and more successful. I know that men can experience enormous pressure to bring home the ‘money’ for their family or themselves but when he admitted that he experiences fierce anxiety attacks at home I knew it was time to help him.

I was enjoying a great dinner at a restaurant with some girlfriends the other night that I met through an anxiety support group. One of them brought another friend whom I was just meeting for the first time. She had suffered with anxiety as well. I was very impressed by her self confidence when she came into the room, she was very pretty but it wasn’t that it was the way she held herself. I wanted to ask her if the Panic Away Program helped her to become so confident? I finally had the courage to ask her what her secret was after we’d been speaking all night. She giggled and stated I wouldn’t believe it but less than a year earlier she was a completely different girl. This is what she told me:

Thinking You Are Going Crazy - How Panic Away Can Help

Posted on timeFebruary 4th, 2010 by userAdvisor    flagNo Comments

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is difficult for anyone to go through. It was devastating when my girlfriend’s mom died. Shortly after her mom’s passing she started to realize how much she was forgetting things. Super organized, always on the ball and a perfectionist her forgetfulness really started to distress her. Forgetting an appointment or misplacing her keys again and again would throw her straight into a panic attack. However, she immediately thought that this forgetfulness must be from some sort of undiagnosed disease and then those thoughts would attack her… what if it’s a brain tumor or cancer? What if I die? Why can’t I get this Panic away from me?
